We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel with friendly staff. The twin room we stayed in was spacious and elegant. The bathroom was large and well-equipped with a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet. The hotel's location was ideal, especially for catching an early flight at 7 am.

Accommodating staff and HANDY location near to everything, everything was perfect. The room was fancy and huge with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off the centre of town too as well as Vercelli before driving down to Rapallo. A few times I ate at Real Piper, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

The location is not so good. It is close enough to the center, but it requires a walk through an area that is not so pretty. It is about a 20 to 30-minute walk from the train station. There is not much else in the neighborhood. The other negative is that they have wifi, but not free.

False advertisement! The internet is only free for the first hour and then it's €3 per hour. The staff was extremely rude and didn't tell us the restrictions. When confronted the staff literally just walked away from a conversation. The hotel's decoration also looks very kitschy and 80s-like.
